We are a software development and consulting firm in Phoenix Arizona. Our entire team is US-based, and we have over sixty (60) years of combined experience.
The Team
Tom Agiro, Owner
Tom has over 35 years of software development experience. His corporate career included experience in the financial sector, healthcare, state government, and fortune 100 companies.
Tom's main interest and expertise has always been in data science, data warehousing, business intelligence, visualizations, analysis, and big data.
For several years now, Tom has been in leadership at the North Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. This roll has given Tom a unique perspective on solving problems that many chamber leaders have in common: member engagement, retention, and new member growth.
Recent projects for HBG Consulting include tools and solutions that help chambers stay healthy and grow, to help other chamber executives lead their organizations more effectively.
